Why practise Yoga with me?
I teach in the tradition of Astanga yoga, adding gentle
Yin yoga elements to the practise. My teaching is practical, including all aspects of aṣṭāṅga (“eight limbs of yoga”),
which are based on the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
You can find more about me and my teaching style on my website, and learn how you specifically can benefit from yoga in the private sessions ranging from physical fitness to
stress-relief and to higher forms of yoga in meditation.
Free and without obligation.
No request for bank details.
What is the 'boga' philosophy?
Patañjali, Yoga Sutra 2.13:
सति मूले तद्विपाको जात्यायुर्भोगाः ||2.13||
sati mūle tad-vipāko jātyāyur-bhogāḥ ||2.13||
“Enjoyment without attachment is boga.”
